Admission Application for Secondary One Transfer Student (2025-2026)
- 申請表格：可於本校網頁下載
或親臨校務處索取。
Application form: It can be downloaded from the school's website or obtained in person at the school general office.
- 辦公時間：星期一至星期五上午九時至下午四時，星期六上午九時至中午十二時。
Office hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n. on Saturday.
- 遞交申請：申請人須於辦公時間內親身到本校遞交入學申請表及其他文件。
Submission of application: Applicants must submit the application form and other documents in person at the school during office hours.
4. 遞交文件：

(a) 學生香港身份證副本 Copy of the student's Hong Kong Identity Card |
|
(b) 教育局中學學位分配「入學註冊證」副本 Copy of Education Burea Secondary School Places Admission Slip |
|
(c) 填妥的入學申請表 Completed application form for admission |
|
(d) 小五及小六的學校成績表副本 Copies of the Primary 5 and Primary 6 school report cards |
|
(e) 學業或課外活動獎狀、證書副本 Copies of certificates of awards for academic or extracurricular activities |
|
(f) 近照兩張 Two recent photos |
|
(g) 單程證入境證明副本(如有) Copy of Entry Certificate of One-way Permit (if any) |
- 申請人須帶備上述各文件之正本以供核實之用。
Applicants must bring the original copies of the above-mentioned documents for verification.
- 已填妥的申請表及證明文件一經遞交，恕不退回。
Once the completed application form and supporting documents are submitted, they will not be returned.
- 申請人提供的資料必須全屬正確無訛，倘若有虛報資料，則申請作廢。
All the information provided by the applicant must be correct and true. If any false information is found, this application will be invalidated.
- 收集個人資料聲明：申請人所提供的資料，只用作處理插班生入學申請之用。所有提交的文件概不退還。
Personal data collection statement: The information provided by the applicant will only be used for processing the application for transfering student admission. All submitted documents will not be returned.
