倘若9月日1日因天氣惡劣而教育局宣佈中學停課，則開學禮順延至9月4日舉行，時間依舊為上午8:15-11:30。
If the EDB announces that schools close due to bad weather conditions, the ceremony would be postponed to 4/9/2023. The time remains at 8:15 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
