Bethel High School was founded in Shanghai in 1922. It was relocated to Hong Kong in 1950 and settled in Grampian Road, Kowloon City to provide a high-quality formal school education for students in the post war era in Hong Kong. Due to its educational excellence, the number of students enrolled in our school grew rapidly. In the 1970s, there were more than 40 classes in the Chinese section and the English section in total. To be in line with the Government 's education policy, we were transformed to a government-subsidized secondary school in 1982; and moved from Kowloon City to the current location – Fairview Park, Yuen Long in 1989 to complement the social development of Hong Kong. Upholding the spirit of Christ, we continue to serve our young people with the mission of 'Embracing students of all levels and teaching them in accordance with their abilities'.
