Aquaponics Workshops of the Departments of Biology and Integrated Science

On February 23, March 1, March 8 and March 15, 2024, the Biology and Integrated Science Departments conducted an inter-disciplinary activity of aquaponics workshops, with about 20 Form 3 to Form 5 students participating. The activity is led by instructors from professional institution and assisted by Biology and Science teachers.
The content of the workshop includes the introduction to the types of aquaponics, operating principles, skill in material selection, water quality monitoring and control, nutritional management, pest control management and hands-on practical operation etc.. The workshops include theories and practical, which will help students experience different learning experiences.
