Community Youth Club ‘Spring Festival Celebration Uniting Young and Old’ - Highlights

Our school co-organized with several primary and secondary schools in the neighbourhood to host the 'Spring Festival Celebration Uniting Young and Old', a celebratory event initiated by the Education Bureau Community Youth Club and Yuen Long District Committee on 23 February 2018 (Saturday). About 100 elders of two district elderly community centres had fun with over 100 student volunteers, Education Bureau officers, school principals and teachers. All participants did exercises, played group games, did handicrafts, watched variety shows, received gifts from lucky draws and had a healthy vegetarian meal. Both the young and the old enjoyed each other's company and had a good time celebrating the Spring Festival together.
