Mental Health Day

The guidance team organized a Mental Health Day event for S1 to S4 students on July 8, during the post-exam activities period. The event aimed to promote students' mental well-being and foster teamwork. Students participated in activities such as laughter yoga, a six-color block game, and perfume making. These interactive and cooperative activities kept students highly engaged and allowed them to have an enjoyable experience. The event not only strengthened friendships among classmates and contributed to a joyful school atmosphere but also helped students enhance their emotional management skills and understand the importance of mental health.
