伯特利中學 (禮堂) Bethel High School (Hall)
- 須帶備文件Documents required：
- 身份証明文件(如身分證、出世紙) 正本
Original copy of identity document (such as identity card, birth certificate)
- 近照兩張
Two recent photos
- 中學學位分配入學註冊證 及 派位證
Registration Certificate for Secondary School Places Allocation registration certificate & Allocation Slip
- 印有中、英文住宅地址之文件副本一份，如電費單、水費單副本
Copy of document with the residential address printed in both Chinese and English, such as a copy of the electricity bill, water bill
- 註冊日訂購項目 Items that can be ordered on the Registration Day：
- 夏季校服及運動服 Summer school uniforms and sportswear
- 暑期作業 Summer assignment
- 課本/課本借用計劃 Textbook/Textbook Borrowing Scheme
