The Guidance Team participated in the "Youth Life Matters" program, holding the first event,"Bittersweet Corner X Emotional First Aid Exhibition," at the beginning of the school year(September 15). The exhibition aimed to enhance students' emotional management skills, featuring display boards that covered emotional first aid techniques and common cognitive distortions,allowing students to gain a deeper understanding of how to cope with various emotional challenges. Through activities and interactions, students learnt emotional first aid techniques and enjoyed ice cream with teachers and classmates, achieving the goals of stress relief and fostering friendly relationships between teachers and students.
