Steam Weeks
Science and technology education is not just about learning knowledge; it's a crucial step in inspiring creativity, cultivating problem-solving skills, and equipping students for the future.
Our school held a two-week STEAM WEEKS from May 11th to 22nd.
This year, we once again collaborated across multiple disciplines (BAFS, Maker Studies, Mathematics, Science, Design and Technology, Physics, Chemistry, Information and Communication Technology, Biology, and Chinese History). The activities were diverse, including a straw rocket launching competition, computer game demonstrations, tea eggs, a stock market expert contest, black soldier fly larvae cuddling, and a metaverse simulation. The grand finale was an inter-school science quiz co-organized by Biology, Chemistry, and Science departments, which received a very enthusiastic response from students.
