NCS Chinese Department: Hong Kong Unison Outstanding Progress Award on Chinese Language Learning

Two of our NCS students, Tamang Nabina and Mohamed-Asik-Mohamed-Haashim obtained the 2nd "Hong Kong Unison Outstanding Progress Award on Chinese Language Learning for Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Students". 41 S.1 – S.3 NCS students were selected based on students' academic results in Chinese Language, their learning motivation, abilities and efforts in learning Chinese language to receive the award. The two students attended the award presentation ceremony on 23/5/2015 (Sat). They listened to speeches given by the chairperson of Hong Kong Unison, Dr. Margaret Ng; the legislative councillor, Dr. Kenneth Chan Ka-lok; and the senior equity officer of the Equal Opportunities Commission, Ho Wing Keung, as well as received the award in the ceremony.
