Sai Kung Outdoor Recreation Centre – Family BBQ Day Camp

The Parent-Teacher Association of our school held a Family BBQ Day Camp on 9 December. More than 40 parents, teachers and students set off from Yuen Long in the morning. They soon reached Sai Kung Outdoor Recreation Centre, a campsite well equipped with various kinds of recreational and sports facilities amidst flowers and trees and surrounded by picturesque scenery. Everyone first got to the BBQ site to start the fire; then some tried different activities like archery, skating, sport climbing, basketball, tennis and snooker; and some chatted over yummy barbecued food. Everyone was enjoying themselves and was so happy that they didn't want to leave at 4 pm. Then, on the return journey, came the exciting lucky draw that everyone had been looking forward to. The outing finally ended with everyone going home with their favourite gift and much joy and happiness.
