Sharing and academic research of assistant principal

Our assistant principal joined an International Conference in Washington organised by ASCD. He shared his story about school leadership and present his speech about leadership, learning community and building of school culture. Then he retreated at Virginia Seminary and took short courses about education at Harvard University.
