CityU SCOLAR-Funded Project on English Reading

The English Department has joined a SCOLAR-funded research project organized by the Department of English, the City University of Hong Kong. The project is about the development of a school-based assessment of Bilingual Students’ Academic Language Skills Test for measuring Hong Kong secondary students’ reading comprehension ability from different language backgrounds. Three NCS classes have joined it and they need to do a reading test and a grammar test.
