Sharing in the Conference

On 13/6/2014, the Centre for Advancement of Chinese Language Education and Research of the University of Hong Kong organised the conference, 'When East Meets West: The Teaching and Learning of Reading and Writing in the Multilingual and Multicultural Context'. The panel head of NCS Chinese Curriculum Development Section, Mr. Kwong Yan Kit, and two NCS Chinese teachers, Ms. Wong Yee Man and Ms. Wong Wai Kan, have been invited to the conference to be the guest speakers and give three talks, 'School-based Curriculum of Vocational Chinese Language', 'Action Research on Drama Pedagogy in Enhancing Non-Chinese Students' Integrated skills' and 'Application of “Reading to Facilitate Learning” in Teaching to Promote Reading and Writing Abilities: Using Form Three Non-Chinese Students as an Example'.
